Newstar lay flat ventilation ducting / positive pressure ventilation duct are widely used in positive pressure application for conveying fresh air to underground worksite, underground tunnels, TBM project, subway, highway, metro projects, hydropower stations, underground constructions, coal mines, metallic mines, hard rock mines.  Lay flat ventilation duct are used for  positive pressure ventilation in UG mining and tunnel operation. They are extremely flexible, light in weight while with superior tensile strength and tearing strength, easy to fold and pack and require less engineers and workers for hanging and installation and maintenance.

We have advanced and automatic production line for making tunnel / mine / underground ventilation duct / ventilation tube / ventilation pipe / ventilation bag. We adopt precise hot air welding technology to weld individual PVC fabric sheets into round ventilation tube.  For welding place, its bursting strength / tensile strength is retained to maximum extent. In this way, with extremely high bursting pressure point, Newstar ventilation duct / ventilation tube / ventilation pipe / ventilation bag can work under very high working air pressure.    

Newstar can make ventilation duct from Dia 300mm ( Dia 11.80 inch ) to Dia 3100mm ( Dia 122 inch).  The section length can be from 5m ( 16 feet)  to 600m ( 2,000 feet) per piece of ventilation duct.  Our standard section length is 15ft, 30ft, 50ft, 100ft, 160ft, 330ft. The coupling type ( connection method of vent duct ) can be steel ring, zipper or Velcro.   What is more, we can also customize to make oval duct / twin duct, spiral duct and ancillary products like T-piece, Y-piece, Branch, Reducer / cone, Adaptors and so on.

Newstar can also tailor to make special specifications of tunnel ventilation duct / mining ventilation duct / underground ventilation duct as our customers request.

For Newstar flexible ventilation ducting, flame retardant and anti-static ducting are optional. FR vent duct and FRAS vent duct are both available. Newstar can customize to make the PVC ducting material for you at first, then make the final flexible ventilation ducting for you.
