High-strength polyester filaments form the base fabric, coated with a high-performance PVC coating, and composite-molded using a special process. This is the core material for manufacturing flexible ventilation ducts in mining tunnels. The ducts maintain good flexibility and structural stability even in extreme low-temperature environments down to -40 degrees Celsius, making them suitable for long-term operation in harsh conditions such as underground mining and tunnel construction. This provides a reliable guarantee for the stable operation of ventilation systems and effectively avoids problems such as poor ventilation and safety hazards caused by damage or failure of the duct fabric.

1. Base Fabric Material: High-strength polyester filament, high tensile strength and tear resistance, able to withstand friction from sharp rocks and equipment collisions in mines, reducing damage and air leakage.

2. Coating Material: High-performance PVC coating, using a special flame-retardant and anti-aging formula, odorless and pollution-free, meeting industrial environmental protection standards.

3. Thickness Specifications: 0.5mm-0.8mm (standard), customizable thicknesses from 0.3mm-1.0mm to meet different wind pressures and usage scenarios. The coating thickness is uniform, with strong adhesion and is not easily peeled off.

4. Weight Standard: 300g/㎡-600g/㎡, can be flexibly adjusted according to customer requirements for fabric weight and strength.

5. Flame Retardant Performance: Meets MT/T 164 mining flame retardant standards. Self-extinguishing within 3 seconds after open flame removal, no dripping or smoldering, oxygen index ≥32%, effectively eliminating fire hazards in flammable and explosive environments in mines and ensuring operational safety.
